| About our products This is an undyed sheep color that makes the most of the sheep's wool color, giving it a larger, more natural feel. This Gabbeh has a bright, storybook-like atmosphere with the tree of life and animals in a soft gradation that evokes an expansive landscape of light gray and light beige. The width of the gabbeh is 48 cm at the top end and 50 cm at the bottom end, which is unique to hand-woven gabbehs. The weave is very fine lulubafu, with 40 to 45 stitches per 10 cm, which is several times more than that of a regular Gabbeh. There is little shedding and the texture is soft and fluffy. When you step on it, you will feel it softly sink into the ground. This is the finest handmade work by only the most skilled and selected weavers. 羊の毛色をそのまま活かした無染色の羊色で、ナチュラルな雰囲気がより大きく感じられます。薄グレーや薄ベージュの広がりのある景色をイメージさせるやんわりしたグラデーションに生命の木や動物が入った、絵本のような明るい雰囲気のギャッベです。上端で48センチ、下端で50センチと横幅に手織りならではの違いがございます。
織りは、10cmあたり、およそ40から45目という普通のギャッベの数倍にもなる大変細かなルリバフ。抜け毛が少なく、手触りはふわりと柔らか。踏んだ時やんわりと沈み込む踏み心地です。腕の良い選りすぐられた織り子だけが手掛ける極上の手仕事です。
