地色は薄いグレーベージュで、羊の毛色をそのまま活かした無染色の羊毛を使用しています。細かなアブラシ（色のグラデーション）が全体に入って、イランのギャッベならではの美しい色の揺らぎを楽しめます。周囲を囲むルリバフの伝統柄は、濃いえんじと青基調のシックな配色で丁寧に織り込まれ、生成りの地色と相まって、上品さが際立ちます。どの方向から見ても美しく見え、センターテーブルを置いてもおさまりの良い使いやすいデザインです。
ルリ族の織る「ルリバフ」と呼ばれるギャッベです。織りは、10cmあたり、およそ40から45目という普通のギャッベの数倍にもなる大変細かなルリバフ。細かく繊細なデザインで手触りはふわりと柔らか。やんわりと沈み込む踏み心地です。腕の良い選りすぐられた織り子だけが手掛ける極上の手仕事です。
