Have you ever set a document at an angle to the film, or set it correctly but then misaligned it, and then laminated it without realizing it, causing the document to stick out? ⇒If so, we recommend Asmix's wide laminating film. The wide width of the film prevents the document from sticking out even if there is a slight misalignment. *Asmix laminating film has wider margins than standard film. For example, the A3 film size is W307 x H430 mm, and the general film size is W303 x H426 mm, so the vertical and horizontal margins are 4 mm wider each. Therefore, the margin on one side is 2mm wider than that of a standard film. [Feature 2] Three-layer structure prevents glue from sticking out. Usually, films are composed of a 50%/50% main material layer and a 50% glue layer, but Asmix film has half of the glue layer (25%) and the other half of the glue layer (25%) is composed of a supplementary adhesive layer. This is because the negative effects of too much glue cannot be ignored, such as uneven finishing, whiteness due to the glue not fully dissolving, and glue sticking to the rollers of the laminator machine and causing it to clog. Therefore, this film is less prone to the negative effects described above. ☆Asmixのラミネートフィルムは一般的なフィルムと比べて余白が幅広になっています。 例えばA3のフィルムサイズはW307×H430mmで、一般的なフィルムサイズがW303×H426mmなので、タテヨコ4mmづつ広くなっております。 したがって片側余白が一般的なフィルムと比べて2mm幅広となります。
【特徴2】3層構造で糊がはみ出しにくい
通常、主材の層と糊の層で50%/50%のフィルムが多いですが、Asmixのフィルムは糊の層を半分の25%にし、もう半分の25%を接着補助層で構成しています。
これは糊の量が多いと仕上がりにムラがでたり、糊が溶けきらず白っぽくなってしまったり、糊のはみ出しでラミネーター本機のローラーに付着し詰まりの原因になったりと、糊が多いことによる悪影響が無視できない為、達した結論です。
したがって、上記のようなマイナスな状況になりにくいフィルムとなっています。
