Generation Z students do not choose their employers based on money or welfare.
When a company and a new graduate's vision of the future and philosophy resonate with each other, the company will get excellent human resources who fit the company's vision.
In particular, local small- and medium-sized companies need to change their mindset from being the "selector" to being the "chosen one.
In this book, a professional recruiting Web marketing specialist specializing in small and medium-sized companies in rural areas introduces a new innovation in graduate recruiting that will not lose out to large, well-known companies in urban areas.
