Description
| For organizing an overabundance of cards. This is a separate type of leather card folder that can be used IN a long wallet. A total of 10 cards (5 cards on the front side and 5 cards on the back side) fit vertically. It can be inserted into a long wallet with a body size of 10 cm or more in length and 18 cm or more in width (Note: It may not fit in some long wallets depending on the shape and capacity of the wallet). It can also be used inside a pouch or bag as well as in a wallet. [About leather]Mostro Paraffin WAX leather that changes over time. Based on vegetable tanned cowhide, it is dyed* and finished at a tannery in Himeji. The leather is soaked with animal oil called tallow during the dyeing process, so it keeps its moist texture even after a long time. Paraffin wax (wax with the same ingredients as candle wax) is painstakingly applied to the surface of each piece of leather by craftsmen to give it a unique, misty, uneven appearance. As the leather is used, the white wax on the surface will soak into the leather through friction, and the color will change to a deeper, more lustrous shade. The name "Mostro" means "turning into" in Italian, and is derived from the way the leather changes over time. [Aftercare] Small scratches and scuffs will become less noticeable if lightly rubbed or rubbed. Basically, it can be kept in good condition by simply wiping it dry. Since the product originally contains plenty of oil, it can basically be kept in good condition by simply wiping it dry. If the surface of the leather has become a little dry after a long period of storage without using it, please apply a thin layer of mink oil or similar (*A large amount of oil can cause oil stains, loss of firmness, and other damage to the texture of the leather, so please do not apply excessive amounts of oil). [Note: In pursuit of "leather that looks like leather," we dye our products with dyestuffs only and keep the natural finish as much as possible to preserve the leather flavor. Therefore, there may be some color blurring. Also, we cannot hide the scratches, traces, and blood lines that are inherent to leather, but we make use of them as one of the "tastes" or personalities of the material in our products. Please understand this. [Caution: The color may transfer if the product is subjected to strong friction with clothing. Also, if the product is damp due to sweat or rain, the color may transfer even with relatively light friction. Please be careful when wearing white or other light-colored clothing. |

【革について】モストロ
経年変化が楽しめるパラフィンWAXレザー。植物タンニンで鞣した牛革をベースに、姫路のタンナーにて染色・仕上げをしています。染色時に獣脂と呼ばれる動物性のオイルをたっぷりと染み込ませることで、時間が経ってもしっとりとした風合いをキープします。仕上げにパラフィンWAX(ろうそくのロウと同じ成分のワックス)を職人の手により1枚ずつ丹念に塗りこむことで、革の表面には霧のような独特な雰囲気のムラ感が生まれます。使っていくうちに、表面の白いロウが摩擦により革の中にしみこんでいき、より深みのある艶やかな色合いへと変化していきます。みるみる変わっていく経年変化の様子から、イタリア語で「化ける」を意味する「モストロ」と命名されました。
【アフターケア】小さなひっかき傷などは、軽くこすったり揉んだりすれば、目立たなくなります。基本的には乾拭き程度で良い状態を保てます。元からオイルをふんだんに含んでいるため、基本的には乾拭き程度で良い状態を保てます。長期間使わずに保管などをした際、少し表面が乾いてきていたら少量のミンクオイルなどを薄く塗布してください(※多量の油分はオイル染みやコシの抜け等、革の風合いを損ねる原因となりますので、過度な塗布は十分ご注意下さい)。 【注意：革の表面について】「革らしい革」を追求しているため、染料のみで染色をし、極力ナチュラルに仕上げ革味を大事にしております。その為、多少色ブレが生じることがあります。また革本来が持っている傷、トラ、血筋などは隠せませんが、それらを素材の“味”の一つとして、または個性として製品に活かしています。ご了承ください。
【注意：移染について】衣類と強い摩擦が生じますと色移りの可能性があります。また汗や雨などによって製品が湿っている状態ですと、比較的弱い摩擦でも色移りすることがあります。白色などお色味の薄いお召し物には十分ご注意下さい。
