[What is Sake Coffee?]
[Sake Coffee is a new style of coffee in which the green coffee beans are slowly soaked in sake to release the alcohol content and roasted to infuse the beans with aroma and flavor.
The result is a richly aromatic cup of coffee that combines the character of sake with the depth of coffee.

[About the Sake Brewery]
The sake used is from the Shirataki Sake Brewery, which has a brewery in Yuzawa-cho, Minamiuonuma-gun, Niigata Prefecture.
The brewery was founded in 1855. Using pure water and carefully selected rice, the brewery has been brewing sake in line with the times.
Its representative brand, "Kozen Josui," is widely known for its "soft and clear taste like water.

[About the sake used]
Shirotaki SEVEN (Junmai Daiginjo-Genshu* stored in a snow cellar)
[The taste is delicate and clean, as if reproducing the "softness of snowy earth. The aroma is reminiscent of fresh Japanese pears, and the taste is gently sweet like Wasanbon. You will enjoy the soft and long aftertaste, as if light snow were softly melting on your tongue.
The sake rice used is 100% Koshitanrei rice, which was developed by Niigata Prefecture over a period of 15 years. This sake rice combines the fullness of Yamadanishiki and the sharpness of Gohyakumangoku to produce a deep flavor.
The pure and powerful flavor of the pure sake, which can only be obtained from the original sake without adjusting the amount of water added after pressing, is preserved. The sake is then aged at low temperature in a snow chamber in Echigo-Yuzawa, where there is deep snow. The quiet time brought by nature gives the sake its mellowness and depth.

[Coffee beans used]
Panama* Talamancas Estate Geisha
Located in the Talamanca Mountains of Panama, which border Costa Rica, the Talamancas Estate is surrounded by the rich natural environment of La Amistad National Park, and has been family-owned and operated for four generations. In addition to its commitment to coffee quality, the farm also makes efforts to protect forests and the ecosystems of flora and fauna, and is actively involved in tree planting and the observation and protection of local indigenous species.
This lot is characterized by the elegant floral aroma, bright acidity, and clear sweetness characteristic of the Geisha variety. The unique climate of Panama [baja leche (fog)] and the terroir of the volcanic soil make the flavors more complex and deep.

[Taste as a sake coffee].
Shirotaki SEVEN × Panama Geisha
The delicate sweetness of [SHIRATAKI SEVEN], which spreads gently like melted snow, and the floral and fresh acidity of Panama* Geisha from the Talamancas Estate. What they both have in common is the "purity" and "modesty" born from nature.
[While Hakutaki SEVEN envelops the palate with its elegant sweetness like Wasanbon and light snowy texture, Geisha leaves a light and transparent aftertaste with an aroma reminiscent of Japanese pear and jasmine.

[What is a drip bag?]
A filter is filled with coffee powder for one cup of coffee, and the hooks on both sides of the filter are hooked onto the cup, and 200cc of hot water is poured into the filter to easily make drip coffee. *Bottle is not included in the product.
