| Chasen is a necessary tool for making Matcha (powdered green tea). The standard number of ears of a tea whisk is around 70, but this tea whisk has 100 ears (around 81 to 95). The more the number of whisks, the finer the froth can be made, and with this Chasen, even a beginner can easily make fine froth and make it comparatively easy to serve. Each whisk is handmade from bamboo, a safe and natural material. |
