Description
| Kutani ware was first produced in Nomi, Ishikawa Prefecture in the early Taisho period (1912-1926). This is a small bird-patterned bean dish from Seikagama, one of the leading Kutaniyaki potteries. The three-dimensional, transparent texture painted with mori-e, is attractive. The cute little birds are heartwarming and relaxing. We recommend hand-washing as using a dishwasher may cause deterioration of the overglaze painting. This set includes a Komadori*Jishukara. |
