The tile design around the edge is woven in pile. This delightful kilim is from the Qashqai tribe who live in the foothills of the Zakhros Mountains in southwestern Iran. It depicts the life of the Qashqai tribe, who still live a nomadic lifestyle today, and their idyllic scenery. Each motif is woven into the plain weave kilim in a three-dimensional carpet weave with a pile, and is vividly depicted as if it is about to move. In addition to being used as rugs, they are also unique when displayed as tapestries. The tightly woven fabric has a firm texture. 珍しい正方形サイズ。縁取り部分のタイルデザインがパイル織りになっています。
イラン南西部、ザクロス山脈の麓に暮らすカシュカイ族の楽しいキリム。現在でも遊牧生活を続けているカシュカイ族の生活の様子とのどかな風景が描かれています。
それぞれのモチーフは、平織りのキリムの中に、パイル（毛足）のある立体的なカーペット織りで織り込まれていて、今にも動き出しそうに生き生きと描かれています。敷物として使うほか、タペストリーとして飾ってもユニークです。
ぎゅっと目の詰まった織り地で、固めの質感。動物などのモチーフ部分はパイル（毛足）があり、立体的になっています。
