錆びや汚れ、キズなどがプリントされたダメージ仕様デザインになっており、
アメリカのローカルにある車屋さんやガソリンスタンドなどのお店についてそうな看板ですね♪
看板に書かれている「ガムディップタイヤ」とは、主に20世紀初頭にファイアストン社が開発した製造工程のこと。
当時としては画期的な技術革新でしたが、現代の配合技術により、このガムディップ工程はほぼ不要になってしましました〜
それでもなお、この工程はタイヤ製造の歴史において重要な位置を占めています♪
