*Shipping Timeline
As a general rule, we ship orders within 2–3 business days after receiving them.
*Regarding Inventory Status
Since inventory is shared with our physical stores, items may occasionally be sold out. Please note that we may not be able to fulfill your order in some cases. If an item is sold out, we will ship the remaining items in your order. (Even if the total order amount falls below 30,000 yen (excluding tax) due to sold-out items, we will not charge additional shipping fees or handling fees.)
*Returns and Exchanges
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to the customer’s convenience.
*Regarding Displayed Colors
Colors may appear slightly different on screen than in person. We strive to match the colors as closely as possible to the actual product, but please understand that slight variations may occur.
*Regarding Sizes
Measurements are taken with the item laid flat; therefore, there may be slight variations depending on the material and other factors.
*Washing Instructions
Our clothing is made from natural fibers such as cotton, silk, and wool, and much of it is handcrafted through processes such as spinning, weaving, knitting, and embroidery; therefore, special care may be required when washing or ironing. Each product is labeled with care instructions; please check these before washing. As a general rule, all garments can be machine-washed (at 49°C or below), but they may shrink slightly with repeated washing. To prevent color bleeding or discoloration, please avoid using detergents containing fluorescent whitening agents.
