インドパパ、インドに行って買い付けをするたびに「この変な道具は何に使うのかなぁ…」と思っていました。この道具、セヴ・サンチャはインド人が大好きなナムキンやムルクと呼ばれる揚げ菓子を作る時に、小麦粉の生地を細切れのヌードル状にするのですが、その時に使用されるものです。
しかもこちらは台などに固定できる便利仕様です。
