| [What is Sake Coffee?] Sake Coffee is a special coffee bean with a hint of sake, made by soaking carefully selected green beans in whiskey and roasting them with the whiskey's character. [About the brewery] Nantou Distillery is located in Nantou County, Taiwan, an area rich in nature, where the climate, water, barrels, and maturation are all favorable for whiskey making. The OMAR series is recognized around the world as Taiwan's representative single malt. [liquors used] OMAR Peated Type is a smoky single malt with a pleasant aroma of peat smoke. The smoke nuance and the sweetness of the wheat are exquisite, and it has a soft smokiness unique to Taiwan that differs from the Islay type. Taste as a [liquor coffee]. The smoky aroma of peat firmly transferred to the roasted beans harmonizes with the strong richness of the coffee, providing a deep and profound flavor.
