| Compatible cutting board size: Up to 2.5 cm thick *Please place the cutting board so that it is centered on the cutting board stand [Precautions for Use] Please use on a flat surface. Do not use on an unstable surface when placing the cutting board, as it may tip over. Before using for the first time, wash with a neutral dish detergent and let it dry thoroughly. Please ensure there are no defects, such as wobbling due to warping, before use. Do not place this product near heat sources. After use, wash with a soft sponge and mild dish soap. Do not use alkaline detergents* or scouring powders. Do not use metal scouring pads*, palm scouring pads*, abrasive powders*, or melamine sponges. These may cause scratches or rust. Do not use a dishwasher or dryer. After washing, wipe off any moisture with a dry cloth and allow the product to dry completely. Leaving the product in a humid place while still damp can cause rust. Do not leave this product with moisture or dirt on it, and do not allow it to come into contact with dissimilar metals. This may cause rust or damage. If rust appears, immediately wash the affected area, wipe it thoroughly dry, and apply cooking oil. Do not use this product with the silicone rubber pad on the bottom removed.
