We are unable to ship pre-order items together with in-stock items.
Please note that even if your order total exceeds 20,000 yen (excluding tax) at the time of ordering,
if the total amount at the time of shipment is [less than 20,000 yen (excluding tax)],
shipping fees will apply for each separate shipment.

* The estimated arrival dates listed for pre-order items are merely estimates and are not guaranteed.
Arrival dates may vary due to production or shipping conditions.
Please also note that, due to unavoidable circumstances, production or sales may be discontinued*.

* Inventory Status
We also supply products to wholesalers other than Super Delivery,
so stock discrepancies may occur.
Additionally, even for items for which we have notified you that they are sold out* or canceled,
they may become available for purchase again;
however, we do not provide individual notifications in such cases.

* Returns and Exchanges for Defective Items
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items purchased within 7 days.
Upon receiving your order,
please check the condition* and size of the item.
Please note that we generally do not accept returns* or exchanges
for reasons attributable to the customer.

the colors of the actual product may differ slightly from those shown in the photos.

* Sizes
Measurements are taken with the item laid flat,
so there may be slight variations depending on the material and other factors.
