Description

It holds 1kg of plums and 1kg of glacial sugar. The wide-mouth structure makes it easy to reach in and wash every corner. The contents can be easily taken out and everything can be disassembled for washing to keep it clean. At room temperature, when gas is generated by fermentation of the food inside and the internal pressure rises, the spring action of the metal fittings releases the internal pressure even when the lid is closed, and prevents air from flowing in from the outside, making it suitable for long-term storage of food. |
