Description
| ERI SHIMATSUKA × Tapirok: New Towel Handkerchiefs Now Available! These towel handkerchiefs are soft to the touch and offer exceptional absorbency. *The Story Behind the Design *Onn: Good Luck This word means “good luck” in Finnish. The design depicts flowers of various colors and shapes blooming gently. *Metsä (Forest) When viewed from above, Finland’s forests stretch out like an ocean. One of life’s small joys is heading out to the forest with family on weekends. This design depicts trees growing freely and vigorously in the forest. *Vitamiini (Vitamin) I depicted flowers blooming vigorously after soaking up plenty of sunlight. It’s a design that makes you feel like you’re getting a vitamin boost just by looking at it. *Muisto (Memory) There are so many joys to be found in a Nordic summer. Spending time at a summer cottage, picking berries, gazing at the midnight sun, warming up in a sauna, and swimming in a cool lake*— We savor the slow passage of time. This design is packed with happy memories of summer in Finland. :::Eri Shimatsuka Profile::: A textile designer and illustrator based in Finland.
