インドのシンプルな生活感あふれる、綿のふきん、コットンダスターです。本当にちょっとした布ですが、目の粗さ、全体的な雰囲気などがインドを感じさせる一品です。
縫製は雑で、生地にもほつれがあったりと、本当にインドの一般庶民が使っているそのまんま。生地は薄手で洗うと一層柔らかい質感になります。
私達ティラキタはインドのモノを長く扱ってきていますが、インドのモノって不思議で、それ自体に「インド製品です！」って言うなんとも言えない雰囲気があるんですよね。
このコットンのダスターもそんな一品です。
正直言って、本当に大雑把な作りなので端からほつれてくることもあります。ほつれないように縫ってあるなんてことはないので、気になる方はご自身で縫ってくださいね。
