[About Inventory and Delivery Times]
Our store carries products imported from South Korea. Items in stock in Japan will be shipped as usual; however, items not in stock in Japan must be ordered from South Korea, so please allow approximately 10 days for shipping. We appreciate your understanding.

[About the Nature of Imported Products]
As these are imported products, the product itself or its packaging may show minor scuffs, scratches, stains, or creases. Please note that we sell these items as “in good condition” as long as they do not affect the product’s usability.

We strive to display product images with colors as close to the actual items as possible; however, the colors may appear different from the actual product depending on your monitor settings and other factors.

[Returns and Exchanges]
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. After verifying the details, we will arrange for an exchange or refund.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

* Returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer
* Returns or exchanges due to the product not meeting your expectations
* Items that have been used
* Items that have been soiled or damaged while in your possession
* Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
* Items returned without prior notification
