[About Inventory and Delivery Times]

Our store carries products imported from South Korea. Items in stock in Japan will be shipped as usual; however, if an item is out of stock, we will need to order it from South Korea, which may take approximately 10 days for shipment.

[About Imported Products]

As these are imported products, the items or their packaging may show minor scuffs, scratches, stains, or wrinkles. Please note that we sell these as “good condition” items as long as they do not affect usability.

The actual color of the product may appear different from the product images due to monitor settings and other factors.

[Returns and Exchanges]

In the event of damage, defects, or incorrect shipment, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. After verification, we will process an exchange or refund.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
*Customer’s change of mind or product not meeting expectations
*Used items
*Items that have become stained or damaged while in the customer’s possession
*Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
*Items returned without prior notification

*Some items may have price tags or price labels intended for the South Korean market. Please note that these prices differ from the retail prices in Japan.
