Country of manufacture: Grown in Kurohira, Yamanashi Prefecture
Material / component: Yamanashi Kurohira Black Quartz
|
Description
| *What is [Yamanashi Kurohira Black Quartz]? This black quartz is mined in Kurohira, located at the foot of Kurofuji—one of the 100 Famous Mountains of Yamanashi. The type that becomes translucent when held up to the light, revealing a brown color, is called “Keangome,” and this black quartz belongs to that category. Because its inclusions contain needle-like formations, it is sometimes called “[Grass-Included Black Quartz].” Since ancient times, shamans, prayer leaders, and mediums have used it to ward off evil spirits*, purge negative energy, and cleanse; black quartz is said to possess the greatest power, and evil spirits are said to shy away from this stone. Black quartz from Kurohira is rare and has become difficult to obtain. *What is [Quartz]? Among quartz varieties, those with a distinct crystalline structure that are colorless and transparent are called “crystals.” With an attractive, ice-like appearance, it is a power stone that possesses high energy. Because it has the ability to purify negative energy, it is highly regarded as a purification tool. It also helps balance negative energy and energy flow in both the mind and body. [About Stone Club] We are [Stone Club], a natural stone wholesaler with a brick-and-mortar store in *Hakurōchō, Osaka. We handle planning and manufacturing at our own factories in Japan and overseas, and carry a wide selection of natural stones carefully selected locally. With a proven track record of sales, we have received high praise from many customers for our quality, product selection, and staff service. |
