| This bowl is used for turning and kneading dough in soba noodle making. Easy to handle and reasonably sized. It can also be used as a salad bowl or a cooler for cold sake. [MIZUSURIN] After mixing buckwheat flour and split buckwheat flour, pour it through a sieve and spread the water evenly to each grain of flour in the kneading bowl. [Kneading] Knead with both hands using the rounded bottom of the kneading bowl. To make firm noodles, the trick is to use not only arm strength but also your waist and put your body weight on it. |
