| This [IGRACEK] soldier figurine is modeled after [working people]. It comes with accessories suited to the character’s profession, which can be held in the figurine’s hands. The figurine’s arms, legs, and neck are movable, so you can display it in your favorite pose. The packaging features an elaborate design, making it a collector’s item that can be displayed as-is. The figure stands 75 mm tall. [IGRACEK] Every Czech over the age of 30 had at least one of these plastic [IGRACEK] figures as a child. Although similar to Playmobil from neighboring Germany, these were designed and manufactured by Czechs. A company called IGRA had been producing them since the 1970s in Czechoslovakia, but unfortunately, after the Velvet Revolution, IGRA went bankrupt, and for the past few years, these figures have been traded at high prices as rare collector’s items. 30歳以上のチェコ人なら誰でも子供の頃に1つは持っていた
プラスチックのフィギュア『IGRACEK』(イグラーチェック)。
お隣の国、ドイツのPlaymobilに似ていますが、
こちらはチェコ人によるデザイン、製造です。
1970年代のチェコスロバキア時代からIGRA社という会社が
生産していましたが、ビロード革命後にIGRA社は残念ながら
倒産してしまい、ここ数年は幻のアイテムとして高値で
取引されていました。しかし同じチェコのEFKO社が
商標を買取り、プラスチックの混合率レシピも継承し、
ついに復刻の実現となりました。
