A collaboration between Hasamiyaki, a porcelain production area in Nagasaki, and Mr. Ryo Enjoji, a young leather craftsman in Saga.
The "pelale" is a white porcelain mug with a cowhide handle.

In Italian, "pelle" means leather and "boccale" means mug, and the two are combined to form the name "pelale.

Buttero leather is made at a small, family-owned tannery in the Santa Croce area near Ferenze in central Italy.
The leather around the neck of a bull is tanned with full vegetable tannin, which gives it a fine and beautiful surface.
The result is a beautiful, robust, and richly flavored leather that is one of the top five leather products in the world.

Please enjoy using it as it grows accustomed to its surroundings, gaining a unique flavor and developing a deep color and gloss.

* The [GGLC] logo engraved on the leather stands for [ George's Garage Leather Craft ]. Mr. Enjoji's logo mark.

[Cautions for use of leather products]
*Leather does not like a lot of moisture. If left unchecked, mold can take root inside the leather fibers, making it difficult to remove completely. If it gets wet, wipe it off immediately with a dry cloth and dry it in the shade. (*Please do not dry it quickly by using a hair dryer or exposing it to sunlight, as it may damage the texture of the leather.)
*Please do not use a microwave oven.
*Ammonia contained in perspiration can remove the luster and, depending on the situation, may cause blisters on the surface. Buku cannot be repaired. If you notice heavy perspiration soaking into the leather during use, wipe it with a tightly wrung cloth and then dry it with a soft cloth.
*Some color fading will occur with leather.
*Please cooperate with our fixed price sales.
