The main body is made of a new material [Beattex] woven using strong nylon threads (which are responsible for withstanding the load * impact * filling air pressure that tires receive) that are cast into the thick rubber layer of the tire. The surface of the fabric has a Teflon coating to resist rain and dirt. This tote-type business bag is made of this material, which has both strength and colorability. We have not allowed any compromise in the usability of the bag. The main zipper can be opened and closed from either the left or right, and the main compartment has one large zipper pocket, four open pockets for small compartments, and an elasticized bottle compartment for a folding umbrella, water bottle, PET bottle, etc. The interior fabric is made of a wrinkle-resistant Toray [Tetoron] herringbone pattern. The main compartment has one large zipper pocket, four open pockets for smaller items, and an elasticized bottle holder for folding umbrellas, water bottles, plastic bottles, and more. There are two open pockets on the front and back for magazines and documents, one open pocket on each side, and three open pockets in the rear side pockets for small items. 本体はタイヤの厚いゴム層の中に鋳込まれる強力ナイロン糸(タイヤが受ける荷重・衝撃・充填空気圧耐える役割を持っています)を使用して織られた新素材「ビートテックス」を使用しています。生地の表面にはテフロン加工が施され、雨や汚れに強くなっています。
本体に強度と発色性を併せ持つこの素材を使いトートタイプのビジネスバッグを仕立てました。
鞄本来の使いやすさにも妥協を許していません。
内装用の生地はしわになりにくい東レ「テトロン」のヘリンボン柄を使用し、メインファスナーはWタイプで左右どちらからでも開閉が可能、メインコンパートメントには大きなファスナーポケットが一つ、小分けの収納に便利なオープンポケットが4つ、折り畳み傘や水筒、ペットボトルなどを入れるゴム入りボトルホルダーが装備されています。
前面、背面には雑誌やすぐに取り出したい書類などを入れることができるアオリポケット、両側面にもオープンポケットが1個ずつ、背面アオリポケット内には小物を入れるのに便利なオープンポケットが3つ装備されています。また、本体生地と内装生地の間にウレタンが仕込まれていますのでしっかりと自立し、荷物を衝撃から守ってくれる役割もはたします。
肩かけが容易にできるよう長めに設計されたハンドル部は、芯材もしっかりとはいっているのでフニャフニャした感触はなくしっかりとしています。手で持つ時に触れる中心部は本革が巻かれていますので耐久性もバッチリです。底面には金属製の鋲が5つ打ち込まれているので、置き場所も選びません。製造は鞄の聖地、兵庫県豊岡市で熟練の職人が丹精込めて縫い上げています。先進の技術と伝統の技の融合した鞄です。
