Description
| This bamboo rug is made of only the tightly packed mousou bamboo near the surface. The surface is particularly stain-resistant and durable, and its high thermal conductivity gives it a cool feeling. UV coating is applied to smooth the surface texture and to match the color of the bamboo. Solid wood is also used to give it a warm texture. The color is achieved by smoking. No dyes or pigments are used. This is a simple threadless tension type. The material used is 17mm wide bamboo strips under the skin, a material that can only be obtained from large bamboo trees. Bamboo grows much faster than other woods (matures in 3 to 5 years) and is an environmentally friendly and sustainable material that can be produced sustainably. |
