| In collaboration with the Centro Studi Assaggiatorino (Taster Study Center), this series was designed with a focus on the aromatic characteristics of coffee bean origins. [Ethiopia] Distinctive citrus aromas: It highlights honey*, beeswax*, orange peel*, and lemon, while bringing out aromas such as almond*, hazelnut*, walnut*, vanilla*, and licorice. This borosilicate glass series is highly heat-resistant and can be used for both hot and cold beverages. The double-walled design creates an air layer between the walls, which enhances heat retention* and cold retention. Drinks and ingredients appear to float in mid-air, so when used for amuse-bouches or desserts, their colors and textures are further accentuated. [Luigi Bormioli] Founded in Parma in 1946. The company is named after its founder, Luigi Bormioli. Located between Bologna and Milan in Italy, Parma is known for its beautiful architectural streetscapes and its food (especially Parmigiano-Reggiano and prosciutto), but it is also renowned for art, music, and glassmaking.
