Postcards designed by Zakka designer × Artist Shinzi Katoh This postcard is made of banana paper. Banana paper [one-planet* paper] is a fair trade paper made from banana fiber taken from organic banana stems in Zambia, Africa. This high quality and beautiful paper was created through a partnership between Africa and Japan, using banana fiber, which is usually discarded in Africa, as raw material and utilizing Japanese washi paper technology. Banana paper can be used for various sustainability activities such as [wildlife and forest conservation], [poverty alleviation in Zambia], [education support], and [effective use of waste]. 1 sheet per package, individually wrapped in a PP bag.
