By tapering to a slim cut below the knee, we were able to create a slimmer, more comfortable fit. The slim cut below the knees eliminates the excess fabric and makes them look sleek and clean. The stitching threads will change over time. The sewing threads are made of threads that fade, distort, and become more durable with age. The upper edge of the waist belt is made of 100% cotton catamenial thread so that it will break off and decay as the garment is worn. What we aimed for was a "graininess" and "vertical fading" that is not too strong. While retaining the rough look of vintage denim, while retaining the rough look of vintage denim, we have finished it with less grain and a cleaner feel. ウエストベルトの上端は履き込むと切れて朽ちていくように綿100％のカタン糸を使っています。
目指したのは、強すぎない「シボ感」と「縦落ち感」。
ビンテージデニムの粗野な表情も残しながら、
