Paper suitable for punching is about 2 sheets of copy paper. Paper as thick as a sheet of copy paper may not be punched out cleanly. When punching thin paper, stack two or three sheets of paper on top of each other to make the paper of appropriate thickness. (*Thickness of a sheet of copy paper: 64g/m2 , about 0.1mm) If the paper thickness is not appropriate, the blade may not return to its original position. In this case, turn the machine over and use a screwdriver to push the blade back in. Before using the punch again, be sure to remove any paper remaining in the punch with tweezers or the like. Oil is used as a lubricant for the blade. Before use, please test the blade several times to make sure that no oil is left on the blade. KurePunchは、紙専用のパンチです。
抜きに適した紙は、コピー用紙2枚程度の厚さです。コピー用紙1枚程度の厚さではきれいに抜ききれない場合があります。薄い紙を抜く時は、紙を2、3枚重ねて、適度な厚みにして抜いてください。(※コピー用紙1枚の厚み:64g/m2 、約0.1mm)
紙厚が適していない場合、抜き刃がもとに戻らない事があります。その場合は本体を裏返しドライバーなどで刃を押し戻して下さい。また次に使用する前に、必ずパンチの中に残った紙をピンセット等で取り除いて下さい。
刃の円滑剤として、油を使用しております。ご使用前には、何度か試し抜きをし、油が付かなくなってからご使用下さい。(油は揮発性ですので、作品に付着しても時間が経てばなくなります。)
