The encounter between the skilled techniques handed down in this region and new sensibilities has created a new value never seen before. The skillful faceted patterns that express traditional patterns with a modern sensibility bring out the beauty of glass. In Suiboku-ga (ink painting), all the colors in the world are expressed with a single color of sumi ink, which is called "sumi ni gozai ari" (there are five colors in sumi ink). Yachiyo Kiriko* Sumi-iro is a gem that allows you to enjoy a wide variety of brilliance by adding atmospheric faceting and gold leaf to the deep sumi ink color.
