【真空保存の方法】
容器をよく洗い、熱湯などにより煮沸します。食品と液体をフタのすぐ下のラインまで注ぎます。
フタをしっかりと締めます。鍋に瓶を並べ、水がフタの上にくるように注ぎます。鍋に火をつけ、30分以上(材料によって異なります)煮沸します。火を止め、そのまま冷やします。
