Description
| These overalls were used by the French Navy in the 1940s for deck work on ships. These overalls were purchased from a military store in Paris and faithfully reproduced. These are [PP221YN] French type NAVY 1940 overalls HBT dyed afterwards. The vintage herringbone twill fabric was produced from scratch by dismantling the actual item, The chest pocket, which is a feature of these overalls, and the pasted pockets similar to those of baker pants are also reproduced in detail. The large chest pocket has a divider in the middle, two side pockets and two back pockets. The shoulder straps can be adjusted with buttons to three different lengths. The back of the straps are elastic. The sturdy helibone twill fabric can be used as work clothes, of course, It is an item that can be easily incorporated into town use regardless of the season. |
