The world's largest and most prestigious sugar craft competition in the UK It has produced JSA instructors who have won gold and silver awards in the Decorated Cokies Category of the Cake International Competition 2018 (held in BIRMINGHAM). They have world-class icing techniques and offer classes. JSA instructors were asked to submit their icing creations by technique, and the top winners' creations and instructions will be posted from among more than 1,000 creations. This book is filled with the latest icing techniques and is a book that will make you sigh just looking at it. In August 2013, she opened CUICUI under the philosophy of "creating brilliant women who can make what they love into a career". In August 2013, she established the Japan Salonese Association under the philosophy of "creating women who can turn their love into a career. In August 2013, she established the first certified icing cookie instructor course in Japan. Currently, there are about 9,000 instructors from Hokkaido to Okinawa, Korea*Taiwan, and other countries. 生徒0名から始めた1テーブルしかない個人サロンから、1年で毎月の生徒数250名を超え、年間約3,000名が通う教室となる。2013年8月に『好きを仕事に出来る、輝く女性を
創り出す』を理念に掲げ、一般社団法人日本サロネーゼ協会を設立。日本で初となるアイシングクッキー認定講師講座を開設。現在北海道から沖縄、韓国・台湾など海外まで
約9,000名の講師を輩出し、卒業生の多くが全国で講師として活躍中。
