Doing so may cause damage. *Leaving the product unattended for an extended period of time may cause rusting or scorching. Please be careful. 1. After use, cool the product and wash it with hot water and a sponge scrubber (non-metallic). Do not use detergent to avoid damaging the oil film. 2. After cleaning, dry the pot over a fire and allow it to air dry. (*Be careful not to burn the pot while it is still damp.) 3. While the product is still hot, apply a thin layer of cooking oil (non-salted oil) to the entire surface and heat over low heat for about 5 minutes. *If the product gets burnt, use a scraper or similar tool to remove the burnt bits, then add water and heat to float the burnt bits. 【使用前のお手入れ方法】
※製品表面にみられるムラ（出荷用の錆び止め加工）は製造工程上のもので使用には問題ありません。
・錆びを軽減させるため下記のシーズニング（慣らし）を行ってください。
1.洗剤を使用して洗い、水気を取ってください。
2.調理用油（塩分を使用していない油）を全体に薄く塗り、弱火で5分ほど加熱します。
【使用後のお手入れ方法】
※高温になった状態の本製品を冷水などで急激に冷やさないでください。破損の原因になります。 ※長時間放置すると錆びや焦げ付きの原因になります。ご注意ください。
1.ご使用後は熱を冷ました後、お湯とスポンジたわし（金属以外）で洗浄してください。油膜を傷つけないようなるべく洗剤は使用しないでください。
2.洗浄後、火にかけ水気を飛ばし十分に乾燥させてください。（※水気が飛んだ状態での空焚きにならないよう注意してください。）
3.本製品が熱いうちに、調理用油（塩分を使用していない油）を全体に薄く塗り、弱火で5分ほど加熱してください。
■焦げ付いた場合はスクレーパーなどで焦げを取り、水を入れて火にかけて焦げ付きを浮かせてください。サビてしまった場合はスポンジたわしなどで錆びを落としてください。
