Description
[Features of this book] *Learn [basic shooting techniques] that you can use anytime, anywhere! *Learn to take the cutest pictures of girls using only the light that's there! *A collection of know-how on portrait photography by the author, who rose from a magazine contributor to a professional photographer. [Table of Contents] SECTION1 How to take portraits in the Kono style SECTION2 Creating the inevitable camera settings SECTION3: Learn the [basic patterns SECTION4 Developing the strength to take pictures at any time SECTION5 The Secret to Fun and Progress [Introduction] [I have often heard people ask, "How should I take pictures? I understand that you want to take an impressive shot with a high degree of perfection, given the time constraints. So, I carefully set up the camera, set up the model with the right movements, and then take a picture for the book. and then use the images and guidance in the book as a guide to get closer to [the finished picture]. ...... It may sound strange for me to say this, as I introduce how to take pictures in photography magazines and seminars, but I always think of it this way. Why not have more fun with the model in front of you and the light in the scene? Just like referring to a recipe in a cookbook, there is no need to try to reproduce the book. Imitating and referring to how to take pictures is the basis of improvement in any genre, but if you are forever relying on [someone else's pictures], you will never be able to take pictures on your own. Once you have the flow of photography and the key points, you can take as many pictures as you want with only yourself as the photographer, the model in front of you, and the light of the scene. Photography is much simpler than that. Learn the basic patterns that can be applied anywhere and at any time. Focus on the shutter. Learn how to take portraits that make shooting fun. Just as you can't remember the road forever if you rely on a car navigation system, you can't learn to judge light, angle, and settings with your own senses if you rely on [someone else's finished picture] all the time. On the other hand, if you can do that, your skills will certainly improve. And I believe that you can expand your ideas more freely, enjoyably, and as much as you want. In this book, I will share my "ironclad know-how" and "how to enjoy photography," which I have considered essential after photographing people for more than 30 years. It is not in the form of an essay or memoir, but rather I would like to share practical and useful know-how with those who are taking up portraiture for the first time or those who are stumped and worried about something. So, grab your camera and let's start the lesson. [Author] Hideki Kono |
