Description
| Ideal for coloring pickles and supplying iron. This is a long-selling Nambu Ironware iron vegetable cucumber. You can use it as a substitute for old nails to leach out iron from kettles and pots, to remove sand from shellfish, and to add color to black soybeans and pickled eggplant. It can also be used as a paperweight, chopstick rest, figurine, or ornament. It is very easy to use, such as putting it in a kettle to boil water, or using it to add color to pickled eggplant. *How to use *For coloring pickled eggplant This is an alternative to the old kugi pickling method, which has been known as a wisdom of life since ancient times. Simply add it to fresh eggplant and pickle to produce a beautiful purple color. *For simmering black beans When black soybeans are boiled, it makes the black color of black soybeans brighten up. *For shellfish sand-drying When you put it in the shellfish when removing the sand, it will remove the sand quickly and cleanly. *When you put it in the kettle when boiling water, the iron will be leached into the water. |
