*Since plastic wrap tends not to stick well to these items, we recommend wrapping them generously and pressing the plastic wrap together as you wrap them for storage.
*If you are concerned about marks left by metal cutlery (metal marks), we recommend using wooden cutlery.
*A characteristic of matte glazes is that oil stains tend to stand out. While these can be removed with dish soap, they will blend in over time with continued use and become less noticeable.
*Due to the nature of pottery, factors such as the properties of the glaze used and firing temperature can affect the surface sheen, glaze mottling, variations in color intensity and unevenness, kiln changes, individual variations in kiln changes, and glaze flow* , pattern distortion caused by glaze pooling, glaze residue, dye splatter, iron particles, warping, variations in layering, size differences, raised or sunken areas, pinholes, minor scratches, glaze drips, color coverage, design misalignment, pattern bleeding, individual variations in overall color tone, variations in pattern intensity due to glaze pooling, small protrusions that do not pose a safety hazard, and differences in the design. Additionally, slight warping may be present. None of these issues pose a safety hazard during use, and since these items are deemed acceptable according to the manufacturer’s inspection standards, they are not eligible for return* or exchange. Please note that you cannot select a specific color. We ask for your understanding in advance, as these are characteristics unique to ceramic ware.
