| It all started with this canister. A canister made of ceramic with stainless steel fittings. The basic design has hardly changed since its establishment, and yet it is an item that can be called the origin of ZERO JAPAN with no sense of antiquity at all. The canister has a structure that can be easily opened and closed, yet it is highly airtight, making it ideal for storing items that are sensitive to moisture. Ceramic is impervious to light, so it will not alter the quality of the food inside. Although there are many similar products on the market today, this high degree of hermeticity cannot be easily imitated. The ceramic container was first marketed in the U.S. as a container for storing coffee beans, and is now widely used in many coffee shops and households. In Japan, it was used as a storage container in a campaign when "Gopan," which enables baking bread with rice, was launched.
