| This hairpin is decorated with motifs related to shrines. Natural stones are 8mm in size. The tassel is made of silk made in Kyoto. It adds a dignified and mature atmosphere to your hair. It is said that people prayed for a good harvest by dancing the "fox dance," which is believed to bestow good fortune. [Sakaki] Prosperity It is believed that the power of the gods resides in plants and thorns, and sakaki, written "god" in "tree", has been used in Shinto rituals and on the altar as a "Himorogi", or a place of worship for the gods. [Paper hanging] purity The original form of the nikite, which appears in the Japanese myth "Shindai Ame no Iwayadono Jou," is said to mark the boundary of a sacred place. [Torii (gateway to the shrine) This is said to be the tree where the bird that Amaterasu made to sing when she hid in Ama-no-Iwaya (the heavenly abode of the gods) perched, and is thought to mark the border between the secular world and the Shinto realm. [Bell] to ward off bad luck [The bell is said to be used to call the gods and to send them off.
