Description
Hakusan Pottery Hemp Thread / Mist White HAKUSAN ASA NO ITO / MISTWHITE The ASA NO ITO series is dyed with gosu (gosu/blue) and rust (rust/brown) paints, and the MISTWHITE series with a moist, pure white matte glaze. They are sold as separate series at Hakusan Pottery, but since the shapes are the same, we would like to introduce them together. The deep colors of indigo (blue) and sepia (brown) and the white of the fabric give this linen thread a chic and clean look. The plates and bowls are a very popular series, shaped like Scandinavian tableware but with the colors of traditional Japanese tableware. Mist White, on the other hand, is a simple all-white series. It has a slightly matte tone, which gives a slightly different impression from the white porcelain part of the linen threads. The lid can be hung on the body, so there is no need to worry about where to put the tea leaves. Also, when pouring tea, you can easily support it by simply putting your thumb on the round part of the lid. [Free cup] This cup is used not only for drinks, but also for chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), pudding, etc., which is very common. The cups are also suitable for serving vegetable sticks and the like. It can also be used as a dessert cup with yogurt, etc., or as a soba choko (buckwheat noodle bowl) with men-tsuyu (soy sauce for noodles) when eating somen noodles. |

HAKUSAN ASA NO ITO / MISTWHITE
