The [Takeshi] series of de-aberde knives are made of [molybdenum steel], which has high hardness and is resistant to rust. With a blade length of approximately 125 mm, the line from the [rear cutting edge] to the [middle cutting edge] enables detailed work. The compact, easy-to-handle blade allows you to perform fish boning, scale removal, and opening with a single blade. The gently curved blade of the [Takeshi] series kitchen knives is eye-catching, and the design, which was acquired in 2017, is unique to the Takeshi series. The production of the knives is outsourced to Izumi Riki Seisakusho, a long-established company in Sakai that was founded in Bunka 2. The [Take] kitchen knives incorporate traditional techniques handed down from long ago, the latest science and technology, and the skills of a well-trained blacksmith. From [fire making] to [handle attachment] and [sharpening], every step is done by hand by our craftsmen.

The [Takeshi] series knives boast a sophisticated design that will make you fall in love with their beauty. [The unique "round line" from the back edge to the round and middle cutting edges is unique to the [Takeshi] series. The material used is molybdenum steel, which has high carbon content and low impurities, making it rust-resistant and easy to clean.

The molybdenum steel V10 knife is suitable for handling fish. You can cut fish bones by placing the middle cutting edge in the middle of the blade and pulling back and forth while pressing down on the blade edge. Furthermore, you can also remove scales by using the "warp" part near the tip of the blade and the "round blade" in the hollow.

This de-eba knife has an approximately 125 mm blade with a comfortable handle. The "Take Series" has professional functions, yet is easy to handle, making it a high-end kitchen knife that you should have at home.
