This small knife is made of molybdenum steel, a material that is resistant to rust and chipping. Such a design is faithfully reproduced by [Izumi Riki Seisakusho], a long-established company in Sakai founded in Bunka 2. The [Take] knives were made with traditional techniques handed down from the olden days, unique designs, and the skills of highly polished blacksmith craftsmen. We hope you will try our high quality knives, which are handmade by craftsmen from [fire making] to [handle attachment] and [sharpening].

The highlight of the Takeshi series is its sophisticated design. [The unique "round line" from the [back edge] and [round blade] to the [middle cutting edge] is unique to the [Takeshi] series. The use of [molybdenum steel], a material with high carbon content and low impurities, makes it rust-resistant and easy to clean.

Among the Take knives, the [molybdenum steel V10 small knife] is especially recommended for fish handling.
