This is the fourth volume of the popular "Illustrated Guide to the Four Colors of the Seasons," a continuation of last year's "Names" series.
It introduces carefully woven images of clouds in the sky that change their shapes and appearances, scenes of snow and ice in winter in Nikko, names, and colors that appear in them, as well as colors named after flowers and birds.
Literary works accompanying each chapter are also a highlight.

About the Author
Veketeho Kitayama
Born in Nikko City, Tochigi Prefecture, 1974. Lives and works in Nikko City.
Member of Shimono Photographic Society.
Winner of the Grand Prize of the 3rd Photography Publication Award.
His first work [Shikisai Zukan: Traditional Colors of Japan Illustrated with Photographs] (2021), second work [Hyakkiro Zukan: Colors of the Four Seasons in Words] (2022), and third work [Shikisai Zukan: Names of Rain, Wind and Light] were both selected as books for the National School Library Association.
In addition, "Shikisai Zukan" will be released in Taiwan in 2022 as "Japan Color Pictures Story. He has held photo exhibitions at Nikko City Library, Nasushiobara Shiobara Library, Sano City Library, and others.
