Description
| *What is [Fairy Skin Diaspore]? Diaspore is a rare mineral found only in a few places worldwide. Some specimens exhibit color-change or cat’s-eye effects and are traded as gemstones. It is difficult to cut and polish. Composed primarily of aluminum and hydroxides, it displays a wide range of colors—including green, purple, brown, and colorless—depending on its manganese content. In addition to being a rare mineral worldwide, this Diaspore from Hiroshima Prefecture is unique in that it occurs in symbiosis with pyrophyllite. The soft pyrophyllite envelops and protects the Diaspore, and its uniquely smooth texture truly evokes the image of a fairy’s skin. [About Stone Club] We are [Stone Club], a natural stone wholesaler with a brick-and-mortar store in Hakuro-cho, Osaka*. We handle product planning and manufacturing at our own factories in Japan* and overseas, and carry a wide selection of natural stones carefully selected locally. With a proven track record of sales, we have received high praise from many customers for our quality, product selection, and staff service. |
