| Kutani-yaki, a traditional craft recognized by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, celebrates 360 years since the opening of the Kutani kiln. Kutani-yaki was exhibited at the Paris World Exposition and became famous throughout the world as Japan*Kutani, and has been collected by famous museums around the world, including the British Museum and the Louvre. The antimold has a natural distortion that makes it fit easily in your hand. Explanation of the shape of the rice bowl The rice does not stick to the bowl. (Incidentally, the rice is Ishikawa's Koshihikari. It is characterized by its strong stickiness.)
