*Washing method = Can be washed in a washing machine at a water temperature of 30°C or less in a weak water stream or by hand. Use a neutral detergent. (When using a washing machine, use a laundry net.) Drying method = Hang dry in the shade. *Depending on the timing of your order, the product may be out of stock even if it is in stock. Please understand this in advance.
*We do not accept returns for customer reasons other than product defects.
*Items that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. Please note that we will purchase the product from the store if it cannot be picked up by the customer. (This is not the case if the product is different from the contents of the order, defective, or damaged.)
*We will contact you with the invoice number if you need to change the destination after shipment.
