Each knife is carefully bladed by a cutlery craftsman in Seki City, Gifu Prefecture, the town of cutlery, so you can cut envelopes and other items comfortably. The blade is processed to prevent injury even if it comes in contact with human skin. Since the blade is housed in a sheath, the blade is never exposed and can be stored safely. |
