★ピチットの構造と浸透圧脱水の仕組み。
・ピチットは、食品用半透明(ポリビニルアルコールフィルム)の中に水あめ成分と昆布成分を入れたものです。
・ピチットは、水あめの浸透圧と半透膜の分子選択性を利用した食品用脱水シートです。
・水分(遊離水)や生臭み成分(アンモニア、トリメチルアミンなど)は、分子が小さいためピチットに吸収されます。
・分子が大きい旨み成分(アミノ酸、核酸など)は、半透膜を透過できず食材(肉・魚)に残ります。
・ピチットで浸透圧脱水することにより食材(肉・魚の水っぽさ、生臭みが少なくなり、旨みが凝縮されます。
【注意】
★使用上の注意
・チャック付き袋から1枚ずつ取り出してご使用ください。
・ピチット同士がくっついている場合は、やぶれないよう丁寧にはがしてください。
・ピチットを切ったりせず、そのままご使用ください。
・必ずビチットを外してから調理してください。
・ピチットを電子レンジやオーブンなどで加熱しないでください。
・ピチットは食べられません。万一、口に入った場合は水で洗い流して、口をゆすいでください。
・ピチットは使い切りです。再使用はできません。
・ビチットを使用して肉や魚などの食材を脱水・解凍する場合は必ず冷蔵庫内で行ってください。
・生の食材にご使用いただけますが、食材の消費期限には十分ご注意ください。
・食材の大きさ、状態、種類などにより脱水時間が異なります。脱水時間が長すぎると食材が乾きすぎてしまうことがあります。(脱水時間目安をご参照ください。)
★保管上の注意
・ピチットは直射日光を避け涼しい所に保管してください。
・ご使用後は、チャック付き袋下部から空気を抜きながら巻き上げ、開封口をしっかり閉め、外箱に戻して保管してください。
・製造上、水あめ成分や周囲のシール部分が黄変することがありますが、品質には問題ありません。
・ピチットは内容物が片寄ることがあります。手などで均一にならしてからご使用ください。
・幼少児や認知症の方、ベットなどに気をつけて保管してください。
・たて置きにしないでください。
