Description
| This is a large wine glass from the Kutani Wa Glass series, a fusion of Kutani Yaki porcelain and handmade blown glass (Edo glass) using our unique technology. The base made of Kutani Yaki porcelain and the glass are all handmade and produced in Japan. It is very popular both as a favorite item and as a gift in pairs. The design is in the style established by Aoki Kibe, a master craftsman of Kyoyaki pottery. The most representative example is the Rohanteki style, in which the entire surface is painted in red and figures are depicted mainly in five colors. |
